We ship to all 50 States.
All International Orders must be approved by contacting Customer Service.
Due to international shipping carriers, Kublnick's Specialty Gifts, and it's employee's are not responsible / liable for tracking and items once outside the continental United States.
All Shipping and Handling fees are based using distance, weight, and shipping from the area code 24136 to your destination. We do not offer flat rate shipping at this time.
Shipping charges will include all required handling fees so that your package arrives safely.
We include all orders with USPS delivery tracking.
Orders leave our warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment processing.
After processing your order, it will arrive within:

or
(2-9 Business Days on Parcel Post Shipping)
This depends also on shipper's availability, and time, and distance.
We are not responsible once the package has left as to how much time USPS will get it to you. The times are based on usps standards.

Orders that come in after 2pm Eastern will be processed after the next business day. We do take observed holidays off.
All Items that contains fuel, can only be sent USPS Parcel Post. This will be changed if you decide to put it as First Class/Priority Shipping. Please fill in your contact info correctly.
We can ship at this time to APO/FPO Addresses with some exceptions.
Articles liable for customs duty and/or purchase tax unless bona fide gifts intended for use by military personnel or their dependents. When contents of a parcel meet these requirements, mailer must endorse customs form, 'Certified to be a bona fide gift, personal effects, or items for personal use of military personnel and dependents', under the heading, Description of Contents. Exceptions: All exceptions listed in restriction B are applicable to this restriction.

Items from us that can't be shipped to these APO/FPO Addresses are filled lighters, beaded curtains, blacklight fixtures, and 90 x 100 full size tapestries.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DIRECTIONS FOR EXCHANGES:
All Sales are FINAL! Contact us if there is a problem that we may be able to handle with an exchange or credit to you.
All exchanges are to be shipped to the return address on your invoice. We ship from different locations so it would be wise to do so to speed up the process.
Please check your order when you recieve it and check for any damage that may have been caused by the carrier. All items are tested before they leave the shop.
Requests for any exhanges or credit must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery of your package. Don't throw away any packaging, it may need to be inspected by carrier for any authorization to occur. No credit is given for any shipping and handling unless it was a mistake by us.
We will not accept a return for exchange or credit without an authorization number.
Authorizations are only good for 14 days after they are issued. Orders being returned will receive store credit for that same item. If the item is not available then a store credit for the price of the item for something else in stock will be given.
Item's returned that are not damaged or defective, will be charged a 15% Restocking fee from any credit that is due to customer.
We are not responsible for shipping charges back to us unless it was a mispick, or a mistake by us here. Your account will be credited once item(s) have been received and inspected by our shipping department and found to have a concealed defect.
(Usually within 2-3 business days after us receiving the order and inspecting it).
CUSTOMER SERVICE: If you experience any difficulties ordering on-line please email us immediately and at our Sales Department. Some office networks will prohibit you from connecting to secure servers for transactions.
We do not ship internationally. Any orders outside the 50 US States need prior approval. We will insure the delivery with insurance and confirmations, such as signatures, and product damages, but all postage is non-recoverable.
ORDER PROCESSING
Any orders will only be sent to the billing address unless confirmed as a second shipping address. Then we will send it to the confirmed second address as per a customers request during filling out the Yahoo Store Form with the other address.
We do not drop ship due to high rates of fraudulent orders. Sorry but this is to protect you our customer, and us all. Orders not being sent to the billing address, will be put on hold until customer has been notified by email or the phone number given at time of checking out. If no contact can be made by these methods within 7 days, the order will be voided.
If you need assistance you can contact your credit card company and put the second address as a verified address. Or you can contact Paypal if you are paying with a Paypal account.
If the items are sent to the wrong address, again, we are not responsible for any shipping charges that occur to get the package to the correct address.
Packages returned as 'UNDELIVERABLE' or 'ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN', etc., will be refunded minus shipping charges that occured. Additional postage will need to be collected to re-send your item.
Please check your info before you purchase. You are responsible for all shipping charges.
No Backorders!
If your order contains any items that are out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone, to give you an opportunity to cancel, or send the items currently in stock.
Please fill in your contact info correctly.
If no contact can be made within 24 hours with the contact information given during checkout, the order will be sent without the backordered items.

LIMITED LIABILITY POLICY: Your sole and exclusive remedy against Kublnick's Specialty Gifts is limited to return and replacement of said merchandise only. We at Kublnick's are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We set up the shipping with insurance and confirmations so this doesnt happen. You shall have no right against Kublnick's Specialty Gifts for incidental or consequential damages due to consumer misuse or product defect. Kublnick's Specialty Gifts and its employees are not responsible for claims made and statements given to us by the manufacturers that we pass on to you on our site through product descriptions. We are not responsible for shipping charges. USPS won't give them back to us, and we can not refund them to you. Check your information before sending your order.
